![]() ![]() Common issues in Gigabyte RGB Fusion 2.0.My work around is to disconnect all additional drives, install the app and set up color and then remove the app as the bios retains the setting until the next BIOS update, shut down and reconnect the drives. My advice grab a copy of any disk recovery as MS Win 10 recovery will not help and neither will there support. I've been following the issue as I own a Gigabyte x570 i and have had this issue myself and Gigabyte and there support seem to being living in self denial of the problem with their RGB Fusion 2.0 which from my research has found this has been a problem as far back as 2019 with someone who had the issue and was totally ignored by Gigabyte on there forum. As pointed out in the second posting from the link "I don't know what concerns me more the fact that RGB Fusion 2.0, in the right circumstances, can erase the MBR's from all connected drives or that Windows 10 actually allows the action to be performed." The link will give an overview of the issue. Here is the low down on what it is able to do, it wipes clean the MBR partitions. ![]() Rule #5 - Please direct all RMA questions or comments to our customer service at 1 (626) 854-9338 op.
